Couples should avoid this spot
The service, if you can call it that, was a mess from the start. There was a mix-up with our room, and one of the staff members literally just shrugged and walked away while we were trying to figure things out.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but we took the plunge anyway.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Ala Moana shopping center and a lovely beach. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning ocean views. On top of that, the staff were attentive, making my stay even better. One small issue was the noise from the streets during the day, but it quieted down in the evening and didn’t spoil the fun. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway!

We had an amazing time at this new hotel with friends! We loved the intimate show at Blue Note Hawaii and spent a fun day at Waikīkī Beach. The hotel itself was stunning and offered plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. Just a heads up, though, bookings can fill up fast, especially for group activities, so plan ahead!
Our room was great, but we encountered an issue with noisy neighbors during our stay, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Recommend for a momentary visit
Impressive hotel, impressive location, with friendly staff who made our stay more comfortable, and the convenient free shuttle service helped us explore easily as we hadn't visited the island in a decade.
No complaints.

Just a reliable pick for a short visit in Honolulu with reasonable value. They quickly apologized for the room not being ready and gave us some credit, which was nice. Consider parking off-site to save money.

The location of the hotel was a major plus. It avoided Waikiki traffic once I figured out the street layout. The room had stunning views of the ocean and was spacious, beautifully decorated. I loved how comfortable the bed was, ensuring restful nights. Amenities like the cold plunge pool and well-equipped gym were fantastic. I did run into a couple of issues, though. There were delays during check-in, which could be frustrating. Some instructions on how to get to the hotel would have been helpful, especially for first-timers. Not to mention, there were a few homeless folks around, which made me a bit uneasy at times.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The spacious room and comfortable beds made it feel like a perfect getaway, and the beautiful pool area was incredibly relaxing. I enjoyed the delightful breakfast in the lounge with a lovely view. Just a heads-up, the ocean view isn't quite as expansive as the pictures suggest. I'd definitely return here!
